Typical Schedule on a Given Day:

                            9:30-11:00 Fockey Specific Performance Training                                (Speed, Agility, Quickness, Reaction, Hand-Eye Coordination)

11:00—12:00  Sports Nutrition Based Lunch (not included)

12:00-12:45  Video Analysis

(Sprint Mechanics  & ACL Risk Management)

1:00-2:30  HydroSpeed Pool Session / Position Specific Skills

2:30-3:30 -Ball related stick handling drills for better balance

                     -Agility training transitioning into shooting & passing

                    -1v1 Moves that eliminate opponents from your path
